Colliers förmedlar kontor till Autoliv

Colliers förmedlar nya kontorsytor åt Fordonsäkerhetsföretaget Autoliv som flyttar in i ”Vasahuset” i december 2011. Flytten gäller Autolivs koncernkontor med drygt 50 anställda och de flyttar in på drygt 1 200 m² kontorsytor på plan 7 och 8 i kontors- och hotellfastigheten på Vasagatan i Stockholms City.

Thomas Jalde och Dan Törnsten på Colliers är ansvariga för uppdraget åt Autoliv. Förutom att ha agerat rådgivare i uppdraget att hitta nya lokaler åt Autoliv kommer Colliers att arbeta vidare för Autoliv i flyttprocessen till de nya lokalerna.

Dan Törnsten, VD på Colliers säger: -”Vi har nu slutfört förhandlingen åt Autoliv som lett till kontrakt för deras nya kontor. Autoliv är ett väldigt intressant bolag, och vi ser fram emot att även driva flyttprocessen till de nya lokalerna.”
