Den 18 maj arrangerar Fastighetsvärlden seminariet Stockholmsmarknaden 2022. Vi befinner oss i ett känsligt läge. Den starka tillväxt som tidigare utmärkt huvudstaden har fått sig en törn av minskad inflyttning och pandemi. Finns det en mer robust lång trend som gör att tillväxten i regionen nu snabbt kommer tillbaka? Många stora infrastrukturprojekt är i full gång och till det finns många betydande stadsutvecklingsprojekt med kontor och bostäder.
