Colliers acted as advisor on the successful junior loan closure for residential complex in Greater Copenhagen
Colliers is pleased to announce our role as advisor in the successful closing of a €10 million junior loan for a modern residential complex in Greater Copenhagen. The loan, marks a significant transaction within Schroders Capital’s Private Debt & Credit Alternatives (PDCA) global real estate debt portfolio, which now exceeds $2.5 billion in originated loans.
The newly built and fully leased residential property securing the loan has been certified gold by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen), reflecting its high sustainability standards. The transaction aligns with Schroders Capital’s strategic expansion within European commercial real estate debt lending, with a strong focus on the Nordics, Germany, and the Netherlands.
