Colliers acted as advisor to Kinnerton in new lending partnership with Avenue Capital Group
Colliers Debt Advisory is pleased to have acted as advisor to Kinnerton on their successful strategic partnership with Avenue Capital Group (‘Avenue’). Kinnerton and Avenue aim to lend more than €200 million over the next 12 months in affordable residential projects and logistics assets in the Nordic region.
This significant strategic partnership underscores the strong trust between Colliers and Kinnerton and highlights Colliers' expertise in facilitating complex financial transactions within the real estate debt sector. The transaction was originated and managed by Viggo Bekker Stahl, with assistance from Mathilda Ingelgard and Atle Alkelin.
