Colliers advises as Genova divests properties in Stockholm for SEK 323 million
The properties, currently used for educational purposes, come with newly created residential development rights with an estimated development volume of approximately 15,400 square meters. They are located in Örnsberg, just south of Stockholm. The buyer is Obos.
