Colliers is expanding with five new employees

Colliers strengthens its teams in Stockholm and Gothenburg with five new talents. These new recruits will contribute to enhancing the company's presence and ability to deliver high-quality services within Leasing, Tenant Representation & Enterprise Clients, and Capital Markets. These additions underscore the company's commitment to remain a reliable partner in the real estate sector.

The new employees will work in Leasing, Tenant Representation & Enterprise Clients, and Capital Markets. Colliers also offers services within Debt Advisory, Valuation & Advisory, Project Management, and Workplace Advisory.

Susanne Morandini – Associate Director, Leasing (Stockholm)
Susanne Morandini joins Colliers as Associate Director of Leasing in Stockholm. With a solid background in the real estate industry, Susanne will strengthen the office leasing operations in Stockholm. She comes from a role as Country Manager at Vogl, a marketplace for flexible offices. She will assume her new role at Colliers on August 21.

Jessica Meyer – Associate Director, Leasing (Gothenburg)
Jessica Meyer has been hired as Associate Director of Leasing for the Gothenburg office. Her deep understanding of both tenant and landlord expectations and opportunities in local leasing, as well as her ability to establish long-term customer relationships, will further enhance Colliers' presence and offerings in the Gothenburg region. Her most recent role was as Project Manager at Akuro, a project management company, and she will start her new role at Colliers during the fall.

Elin Kvist – Analyst, Tenant Representation & Enterprise Clients (Stockholm)
Elin Kvist joins as an Analyst in Tenant Representation & Enterprise Clients. With a degree from KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) and previous experience in the real estate industry, Elin strengthens the team in Stockholm. Elin's most recent role was as a Project Engineer at AFRY, and she will join Colliers on August 28.

Alexander Andonov – Associate Director, Tenant Representation & Enterprise Clients (Stockholm)
Alexander Andonov assumes the role of Associate Director within Tenant Representation & Enterprise Clients in Stockholm. With a solid experience in tenant advisory and a good understanding of the office segment, Alexander strengthens the team in Stockholm. Alexander comes from the position as Associate, Advisory & Transaction Services, Occupier at CBRE Sweden. He will also join Colliers on August 21st.

Carl Jussi-Pekka – Analyst, Capital Markets (Stockholm)
Carl Jussi-Pekka has been hired as an Analyst in Capital Markets in Stockholm. With a good understanding of the capital market and a proven analytical approach, Carl will support the company's efforts in creating and implementing optimal transaction strategies for clients. Carl has previously been an intern at the former Pangea Property Partners and most recently he comes from a role as an Analyst at Möller & Partners. He will start his new position on October 2.
