Colliers rådgivare när Barilla flyttar till klassisk fastighet i Stockholm

Colliers har varit rådgivare åt Barilla Sverige AB i processen att flytta deras Sverigekontor till ny adress. Valet föll på en yta om ca 500 kvm i Grönstedska palatset på St Eriksgatan 121 i Stockholm. Grönstedska palatset, mer känt som Vin & Sprits gamla huvudkontor, är en klassisk fastighet vid Norrtull/Hagastaden med utmärkt läge både när det kommer till kommunikationer, parkering samt serviceutbud. Barilla Sverige AB flyttar in i sina nya lokaler den 1 juli i år. Fastighetsägare är SEB Tryggliv och förvaltare Novier.
