Capital Markets summerar våren 2018

" Årets sex första månader har börjat starkt och vi har varit aktiva i flertalet transaktioner inom lager, logistik och specialfastigheter, där flertalet har varit off-marketaffärer. Colliers släppte i mars en rapport om den Svenska logistikmarknaden. Rapporten lanserades med event i både Stockholm och Göteborg, med föredragshållare från Colliers EMEA som gav internationell input avseende industritrender i Europa. De senaste månaderna har vi sett ett stort intresse från nya utländska aktörer som är intresserade av att förstå hur bostadsmarknaden avseende nyproduktion fungerar i Sverige " säger Rebecka Norberg, Head of Capital Markets.
