Colliers ansvarar för uthyrning av 3 500 kvm historiska kontorslokaler i Nacka

Colliers har anlitats för ett exklusivt uthyrningsuppdrag av två historiska kontorsfastigheter i populära Finnboda i Nacka, Stockholm. Kontoren ägs av Vimpelkullen Fastigheter som idag är aktiva i Stockholm, Göteborg, Trollhättan och Vänersborg.

Kontoren omges av fantastisk miljö på historisk mark, endast en kort bit från pulsen på Söder och Nybrokajen. Nere vid kajen finns underbara promenadstråk längs vattnet."

Den ena fastigheten har fått namnet Varvet och har en historia som båtvarv på tidigt 1900-tal. Varvet har upp till 2 400 kvadratmeter uthyrningsbar area och lokalen har ett fantastiskt läge vid Finnboda Hamn med utsikt över Djurgården och vattnet. Med unik arkitektur har Varvet även en storslagen entré där berg möter himmel med höga tak och tydlig industriell känsla.

Den andra fastigheten ligger i nära anslutning och består av totalt 1 150 kvadratmeter. Med charm från sitt byggår 1928 har kontoret helrenoverats till moderna och ljusa lokaler med generös takhöjd och takfönster. När man går in i byggnaden möts man av en ljusgård som ger dagsljus och grönska. I anslutning till lokalen finner man även bra parkeringsmöjligheter och en lastkaj.

Kommunikationen till och från området är goda med buss som tar dig till Slussen på cirka 10 minuter alternativt till Nybrokajen med båtpendling. I området finns även bra service med restauranger, gym och matbutik.
