Colliers genomför affär mellan Corem och Bolix

Corem Property Group AB har tecknat avtal om att sälja sju fastigheter till Bolix Fastigheter AB för ett sammanlagt underliggande fastighetsvärde om 200 mkr. Fastigheterna, som är belägna i Borås, Lerum och Göteborg, har en uthyrningsbar yta om cirka 27 900 kvm och utgörs huvudsakligen av lokaler för industri/lager, friskvård och handel.

Frånträde är planerat till den 3 oktober 2022.

Colliers med Joachim Svedberg och Erik Oom i spetsen har varit rådgivare i affären.
