Fabritius sells two large logistics properties in Moss

Fabritius divests two prime new logistics properties in Moss Næringspark for a combined gross property value of approximately NOK 1.5 billion. The properties are acquired by the AXA IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments with c. €185 billion of assets under management, on behalf of clients.

High-quality assets with excellent location in a growing logistics cluster
Both logistics properties are situated in Moss Næringspark – a business park under substantial development in the coming years. With immediate proximity to important transportation hubs like highway E6, the main axis between Norway and Sweden, Port of Moss and Norway’s first dry port, the location is highly attractive for logistics players.

The properties acquired by AXA IM Alts have a total gross lettable area (GLA) of approximately 106,000 square meters and have been built to high technical and environmental standards.

The largest property, Vestre Vanemvei 40, at 82,782 square meters, is considered one of Norway’s largest and most advanced logistics facilities and is let to Europris, Norway’s leading discount variety retailer, which is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.

The second property, Vestre Vanemvei 15, comprises 23,211 square meters of high quality and flexible logistics space. The property is let to JAS Worldwide, an international freight forwarding and logistics provider in Norway.

The properties have long-term leases with a WAULT of approximately 11 years.

Colliers acted as sell-side advisor and Føyen as the legal advisor to the seller in the transaction.
