Colliers köprådgivare åt Konecranes Lifttrucks

Konecranes Lifttrucks i Markaryd har köpt fastigheten man hyrt av Markaryds Industribyggnads AB. Fastigheten omfattar nästan 11 000 m² kontor och industrilokaler samt drygt 90 000 m² tomtmark.

Colliers förmedlar kontor till Autoliv

Colliers förmedlar nya kontorsytor åt Fordonsäkerhetsföretaget Autoliv som flyttar in i ”Vasahuset” i december 2011. Flytten gäller Autolivs koncernkontor med drygt 50 anställda och de flyttar in på drygt 1 200 m² kontorsytor på plan 7 och 8 i kontors- och hotellfastigheten på Vasagatan i Stockholms City.

Colliers får prestigefyllt Tenant Rep-uppdrag av BMW Group

Colliers International har fått i uppdrag av BMW Group att omlokalisera det svenska huvudkontoret och BMW Group Financial Services, båda för närvarande belägna i Solna. Det som efterfrågas är ca 3 000 kvm moderna, effektiva kontor längs E4:an i Solna med omnejd.
