Etter flere turbulente år begynner de hardt rammede nordiske transaksjonsmarkedene sakte men sikkert å komme seg. I løpet av første halvdel av 2024 nådde transaksjonsvolumene i det nordiske eiendomsmarkedet rett under EUR 13 milliarder, 24 prosent høyere enn samme periode i fjor.
Efter flera motståndskraftiga år har den nordiska transaktionsmarknaden börjat återhämta sig. Transaktionsvolymen under det första halvåret 2024 landade på strax under 13 miljarder euro, vilket är 24 procent högre jämfört med samma period föregående år.
After some years of struggle, the severely impacted Nordic transaction markets are slowly starting to recover. During the first half of 2024, transaction volumes in the Nordic property market reached nearly EUR 13bn, which is 24% higher than the same period last year.
