Innan Swedbank arbetade Axel som kreditanalytiker på DnB och inom säkerhetshantering på SEB.

K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter has created a joint venture that acquires 2,990 student housing units from K2A. The transferred student housing units represent all of K2A's student housing units outside Stockholm, which amounts to approximately 72,000 square meters of rentable area.
K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter har skapat en joint venture som förvärvar 2 990 studentbostäder från K2A. De studentbostäder som överlåts motsvarar samtliga av K2A:s studentbostäder utanför Stockholm, vilket innebär cirka 72 000 kvadratmeter uthyrningsbar area. Det totala hyresvärdet är 188 miljoner kronor. Colliers har varit finansiell rådgivare till K2A under processen.
Ocab, ett bolag som erbjuder helhetslösningar inom skade-, industri- och fastighetsservice i Sverige och Norge, väljer att samlokalisera och etablera sitt nya huvudkontor på Alviks Torg hos Anders Bodin Fastigheter. Ocab har tecknat ett femårigt avtal och tillträder sitt nya kontor om 311 kvm i september 2024. Colliers har varit rådgivare till Anders Bodin Fastigheter.
